Hello! My name is Tomas Jech. The Curious Animator is my blog- a collection of things that I've found interesting, insightful, astonishing, and humbling. I am an animator, but you will find that many of the posts on The Curious Animator are not animation related. At least not directly. I use this blog to remind myself to explore outside of my own area of expertise.

Ultimately, I study animation because it is a beautiful form of communication. I study everything else so that I may have something interesting to communicate.
